We reserve the right to change prices or product availability without prior notice. We also reserve the right to limit the number of products that we sell or to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

All content on our website, including product descriptions, images, and other materials, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed on our website. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

All prices listed on our website are in EUR unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees or fluctuations in exchange rates that may occur when making a purchase in a different currency.
 

We ship to the addresses provided by customers during checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred for international shipments.

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 2-7 business days and shipped via the shipping method selected during checkout. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over 35eur. For orders under 35eur, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and package weight.

WARANTY

All of our knit merino wool baby products, including blankets, booties, hats, sets, and other outfits, come with 30 days warranty against defects. This warranty covers any knitting defects or flaws that affect the functionality or appearance of the product.

 

If you believe that your product is defective, please contact me by filling form here or message on the right corner chat on a page within 30 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos or other documentation to help us evaluate the issue. If we determine that your product is defective, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

 

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. We also do not cover damage caused by improper care, such as washing the product in hot water or drying it in a dryer. Please refer to our care instructions for information on how to properly care for your knit Merino wool baby products.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

 

To initiate a return, please contact me to obtain further instructions. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. 

 

Due to the nature of our knit products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been washed, altered, or damaged.

 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return and receive a replacement or refund.
